The discussion about the New York Sports Club charging members their monthly fee during the COVID-19 shutdown originally went into a long story about how I wound up speaking with the president of the company. I bitched so much about the way they handled things, that some Internet rando sent me a background check ond on Patrick Walsh, the CEO. I suppose the individual was hoping I’d doxx the guy, but that’s not my style. However, I did realize from looking through the documents that we had a mutual connection, so I sent that individual my opinion of how the company was handling the unprecedented shutdown. It was forwarded to Walsh, who called me the following day to defend his actions.
I mis-remembered the Eddie Murphy video I worked on. It was for Put Your Mouth On Me, not Party All the Time. The video has the models I talked about, who were handed instruments right before shooting so that they could pretend to play them.
